Hallo a Welcome!
Martina has been a dedicated yoga student since 2001 and is a certified yoga teacher. She completed Moksha Yoga (Chicago) Teacher Training and became certified yoga teacher in 2005. Martina holds a degree in finance from the Masaryk University in Brno. She worked as an account manager in two international banks in Prague.
Martina continuously educates herself, so she can better serve her students. She is devoted to her yoga practice. She practices regularly and studies with yoga masters from around the world. While the list of teachers is too numerous to delineate here, the following styles have had a significant influence on her: Ashtanga yoga, Forrest yoga and Universal yoga.
Martina’s classes reflect her sincere appreciation, understanding, and passion for all aspects of Yoga. In each class, she blends her training and experience into a creative, challenging, and soulful vinyasa flow. She takes her students on a journey through every part of the body, exploring the workings of their minds and their connection to spirit. She inspires her students to become self-aware - mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually - and teaches them how to use the practice to move energy and balance themselves in any way they need. Martina constantly reinforces the principals of alignment and offers variation in each pose so students of all levels can feel safe and get what they need.
She creates a new content for each class and wants people to feel that yoga is fun. Martina uses the classes to teach her students how yoga is a state of mind and being, not a measure of flexibility. She sincerely thanks her teachers, students, family, and friends for supporting and inspiring her on her own journey. Currently, Martina teaches workshops, group classes and private classes for people of all ages.

Stop Waiting.
So stop waiting until you finish school, until you go back to school, until you lose ten pounds, until you gain ten pounds, until you have kids, until your kids leave the house, until you start work, until you retire, until you get married, until you get divorced, until Friday night, until Sunday morning, until you get a new car or home, until your car or home is paid off, until spring, until summer, until fall, until winter, until you are off welfare, until the first or fifteenth, until your song comes on, until you've had a drink, until you've sobered up, until you die, until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy…
This perspective has helped me to see that there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So, treasure every moment that you have. And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time… and remember that time waits for no one…
Happiness is a journey, not a destination.
